A: Yes, we have a professional design team, who could design one according to your space and budget or any other requirements.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 15 working days upon receipt of your deposit. it is according to quantity.

Q: Can I install it myself ?

A: Yes, you can. We provide the installation manual with the cargo.

Q: Do you provide Technicians service  ?

A: Yes, we offer technical support to customers,our technicians can go to different countries to install the games and solve their problems if needed.

Q: How to place order ?

A: Please kindly send me your order by mail. We will confirm the PI with you.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Our Payment term usually 30% deposit by T/T or cash, and pay the balance before shipment.

We suggest you transfer the full amount at one time.because there is bank transfer fees. it would be lots of money

Q: Can you send the playground to my country?

A: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
